TOTAL BOARD INVOLVEMENT…. The board consist of 10 members. They ALL should be involved in ALL decisions regarding this neighborhood (and documented). 

For one or 2 members to make decisions in a vacuum is not only wrong but will always put the association in a possible liability situation. 

If elected I will work to make sure the total board not only knows about decisions made but also that the voting majority agrees with the decision(s).
