COMPLIANCE TO OUR DOCUMENTS ( Covenants and Bylaws)….. When we all moved here we were required to sign a document agreeing that we will follow the all of the documents that were put in place to assure our neighborhood would be a place we could all be proud of. For the last 4 or 5 years compliance has taken a severe downward spiral . 

Anyone can ride around the lake and see trash and debris in yards, abandoned vehicles, dilapidated campers, and massive erosion issues due to builders, just to name a few. (Could some of our elected officials currently belong in the above categories) ? If elected to the Board I will make it a priority to assure these issues are worked on and corrected. 

The 1% of violators will not like it , but the remaining 99% of property owners will.
