Over $1M is owed to this community (me and you!) 

There MUST be an immediate full court press on this issue to recoup the money owed. I will request from our management company a list of current delinquent property owners and I will also request a monthly report as to how much money is being collected from the efforts of FSR. A redacted summary of this report will be shared with all property owners monthly via eblast.
