TRANSPARENCY….. Everyone talks about transparency, but what is it from a Board of Directors standpoint? 

Well it would involve the “truthful” exchange of current relevant information from the board to the property owners. Understanding that some info would be considered confidential and could not be shared. Some current board members spend a lot of time and effort criticizing past board members and blame them for many of the problems of today…. 

Most Property owners (myself included) really want to know currently what is being done and not done. Most don’t care what happened 10 years ago. I believe most folks think “What are you doing for me now”?
